About Us: Frame Fertility is a personalized fertility guide that helps individuals and couples plan ahead for building their family and know their risk factors early to avoid a downstream and often costly fertility crisis.

As a Sr. Developer on the Frame team, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and leadership team to quickly iterate on our product and deliver value to our users and customers. We are looking for folks who are passionate about health and having an impact at an early stage company. 

We are a venture-backed digital health company positioned for growth. We are on a mission to help people meet their fertility goals, and are currently looking for a Sr. Developer to join our team and extend our product which leverages best practices from consumer products, big data systems and digital health services.

About the Role: As one of the first members of the Frame team, you will have the opportunity to build a product from the ground up. Specifically, you will: 

• Participate in the definition of our technical architecture, development philosophy and working cadence

• Develop, test, and implement features that enable our product to deliver an exceptional user experience, scale to more users and increase engagement

• Build processes around development, deployment, and customer support

• Evaluate technologies for utilization within our tech stack

• Serve as a thought partner to other areas of the organization as we grown and scale the business and product

• Resolve complex technical issues and facilitate root cause analysis

• Compile comprehensive and accurate documentation and technical specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of development experience

• Strong full stack development experience from user interface to application logic to data storage

• Experience through the full development lifecycle

• Connection to our mission / passion to improve healthcare with technology 

• Ability to develop creative solutions, simple design, and elegant code

• Experience hiring, mentoring & managing other engineers a plus

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!
