About Us: Frame Fertility is a personalized fertility guide that helps individuals and couples plan ahead for building their family and know their risk factors early to avoid a downstream and often costly fertility crisis

A Frame Health Coach works remotely to provide high quality and compassionate coaching to people during their fertility journey. We are looking for folks who are passionate about health and supporting others, lead with empathy, and have strong listening and communication skills. Coaching certification from an accredited training program (as approved by the NBC-HWC) is a requirement.

We are a venture-backed, early stage digital health company positioned for growth. We are on a mission to help people meet their fertility goals.

About the Role: We are currently hiring Health Coaches to join our remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 10 hours per week and the potential to increase over time.

As a Frame Coach you will: 

• Empower our users to reach their fertility goals by listening openly and helping them understand the next steps in their journey.

• Effectively coach users via 1:1 virtual sessions, utilizing the Frame assessment tools.

• Develop educational resources that are personalized to each user and their fertility goals.

• Communicate with users via text and email to guide them through the process and answer their questions along the way.

What we’re looking for:

• You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 10 hours/week, and more when needed.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental. Fertility journeys can have their challenges and we’re here to support our users.

• Exceptionally detail oriented and organized. 

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!

• Formal health or wellness coaching experience or experience in a related field. Experience in fertility, maternity or women’s health is a bonus!

• Certification from an accredited training program (as approved by the NBC-HWC).
