About Us: Frame Fertility is a personalized fertility guide that helps individuals and couples plan ahead for building their family and know their risk factors early to avoid a downstream and often costly fertility crisis.
As our Customer Success Manager/Director on the Frame team, you will be our customer champion and leader, working closely with the Head of Operations and leadership team to assist with the launch and ongoing support of our clinical pilots and customers. We are looking for folks who are passionate about health and having an impact at an early stage company.
We are a venture-backed digital health company positioned for growth. We are on a mission to help people meet their fertility goals, and are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager/Director to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Frame CS Manager/Director you will -
Be the voice of the customer and our leader for all things customer / customer operations
Build processes that allow us to support more users and customers over time
Be the first line of support for our customers
Share feedback with the product team around enhancements and opportunities to scale
Be resourceful and willing to experiment
Own and maintain customer relationships from implementation onward
Measure our progress and success by establishing KPIs and tracking against them
Communicate effectively across different audiences, including clinicians, employers, and partners
Be a problem solver that’s willing to tackle whatever comes up
Develop project plans and work across the organization to ensure we hit our goals
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
Strong and proven ability to get things done quickly and efficiently
Someone with curiosity and autonomy
5+ years of industry experience, ideally at an early stage company in digital health, with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (employer and/or healthcare providers)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!
