About Us: Frame Fertility is a personalized fertility guide that helps individuals and couples plan ahead for building their family and know their risk factors early to avoid a downstream and often costly fertility crisis.

A Frame Clinical Manager works remotely to review the health history and fertility goals of our users to then provide recommendations on appropriate action items and educational resources. We are looking for folks who are passionate about health and supporting others during their fertility journey. Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required. Bachelor's degree (BSN) from a four-year college or university is preferred.

About the Role: We are currently hiring Clinical Managers to join our remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 5 hours per week and the potential to increase over time. Most of the work required can be done outside of normal business hours.

As a Frame Clinical Manager you will - 

• Empower our users to reach their fertility goals by reviewing their self-reported health history and recommending appropriate next steps in their journey.

• Effectively tailor Frame assessments and risk scores to each user using outputs from our proprietary algorithm. 

• Develop educational resources that are personalized to each user and their fertility goals.

• Communicate effectively with other members of the team to deliver a great experience to our users. 

What we’re looking for:

• You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 5 hours/week, and more when needed.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental. Fertility journeys can have their challenges and we’re here to support our users.

• Exceptionally detail oriented and organized. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required.  Bachelor's degree (BSN) from a four-year college or university is preferred.

• Experience in OB/GYN clinic setting required; experience in fertility, preconception counseling, or REI strongly preferred.
